nbdb is not available

hi all ,

please  i need a solution for this issue 

i have netbackup 7.6 on windows server 2012 after an attempt to add a NDMP client (hostname : nas-sang.ad-cbg.com ) nbdb is not available 

and services EMM is fail to start .
