No files found when doing restore

Hi guys,

thanks for your help with this.  I am not an expert on nbu, so I am having a really bad time using it.

I did a full back of my filesystems between 1/1/2015 and 2/28/2015. These full backup has a retention period of 3 months.

Some users need some files restored. However, when I search for  the files in the directory, it reports empty.

Please any help with this will be really appreciated.
