"Cannot backup directory and its subdirectories" error Domino Module

Hello,

I am getting 

V-79-57344-33976 - Error. Cannot backup directory \Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\CurrentVersion and its subdirectories.

I have followed the guide located here: http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH213112

I have deselected the directory mentioned above, as you can see (hopefully) in this screen shot.

Even with the selection list looking like it does above, we receive the error I mentioned and the backup job fails.  Is there anything else I need to do/deselect to make our backups run correctly?

Edit: I should mention we're using Windows Server 2003 64 bit, and Backup Exec 2014 14.1 Rev 1786
