DLO Transfer from CASO to Managed Media Server

Dear All,

I have a problem on backup exec. In simple words our setup is 2 server a CASO and a Managed media server. I am using Backup Exec 2010 R3. The DLO database is on the CASO server. Unfortunately the CASO server had 2 failed hard disk and since it was raid 5 I lost all the server. Now all backup jobs are managed via Managed Media Server, but I lost all the DLO database. 

My questions is,

1-Do i really need a CASO server for DLO?

2- Is it possible to transfer all the DLO to the Managed Media Server?

3-Is it possible to run DLO from a managed media server?
